• 01 What devices do I need?

  For most cars, an SCT or HPTuners device: a handheld like an SCT X4, or an HPTuners MPVI interface. Holley EFI and ACES EFI setups connect through their own software. Your platform page lists exactly what fits your car before you buy.

• 02 How does delivery work?

  It is fully digital. After checkout you send us your stock file, we build your calibration, and the finished file comes back to your support ticket. You flash it to the car yourself with the same device, at home. Nothing ships.

• 03 How long does it take?

  Turnaround depends on your platform and where you are in the queue. Once your stock file is in, getting your tune back out is the priority, and we give you a real estimate for your build when your order comes in.

• 04 What about revisions and refunds?

  Revisions are how we get a tune right. Send datalogs and we refine the file until it runs the way it should. Because every tune is a custom digital file built for one specific vehicle, it cannot be returned once delivered, so we work through revisions rather than refunds. Later changes for new mods are handled with a Tune Revision.

• 05 What information do you need from me?

  Year, engine, transmission, and fuel, a full list of your mods, your stock file, and datalogs once you are driving on the tune. Your VIN helps us confirm exact fitment. The more detail you give up front, the faster your tune is dialed.

• 06 Is it safe? Do my keys ever leave my pocket?

  Yes. You stay with your car the entire time. You read the stock file, flash the tune, and pull datalogs from your own driveway, so the car never leaves your hands and your keys never leave your pocket. Calibrations are built to run safely on the fuel and mods you tell us about.
