What we hold Privacy
What gets collected when you order, where it goes, and what it is used for. Anything unclear, call the shop.
The short version
We collect what is needed to write your calibration and to reach you about it. We do not sell it, and this site runs no advertising trackers.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address and phone number, and the vehicle details you enter. Vehicle details include year, make, model, VIN if you provide one, engine, transmission, fuel, your modification list and any notes you add.
The VIN field is optional. It helps identify the exact vehicle, and you can leave it blank.
If you contact the shop by phone or through the support page, we hold whatever you send us in order to answer you.
Card details
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe’s payment form and is never received or stored by this website. We see only the result of the payment and a reference number for it.
Stripe handles that data under its own privacy terms.
Where your order information goes
Your order details travel with the payment to Stripe, and are then used to open a support ticket in Freshdesk so the shop has your vehicle information in one place while the work is done.
Those two services, Stripe for payment and Freshdesk for support tickets, are the only places your order information is sent.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels or third-party marketing cookies.
Links to Instagram and Facebook are ordinary links. If you follow one, that platform’s own terms apply once you are on it.
How long it is kept
Order and vehicle information is kept while it is useful for supporting your tune, including revisions and any later work on the same vehicle, and to meet ordinary business and tax record requirements.
If you want your information removed, contact the shop and we will do what the law allows.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys this data from us, because we do not sell it. It is not shared for advertising.
It may be disclosed if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, and we will honour those that apply.
The mailing list sign-up on this site is not connected yet. When it is, it will be opt-in and every message will carry an unsubscribe link.
How it is protected
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and payment details go straight to Stripe rather than through us. Access to order information is limited to the people running the shop.
No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim otherwise, but we do not hold card numbers and that removes the most sensitive piece.
State privacy rights
Some states, including California, give residents specific rights over their personal information, such as knowing what is collected, asking for a copy, asking for deletion, and not being treated differently for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you live somewhere with these rights and want to use them, contact the shop.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page changes with it and the date below is updated. If tracking or analytics are ever added to this site, this page will say so before they are.
Children
This site is meant for adults buying automotive services and is not directed at children.
